Description

Why is the city building this 12 foot tall fence right on the parkway in front of the stormwater pond
? I thought there were laws saying you could only build 6’ fences. This one is an eye sore and not sure what would warrant a different fence here versus the smaller ones on all the other stormwater ponds.
