18th CT. Our street has continued to deteriorate, now with large pot holes and grooves. Please advise when we can expect this to be repaved, all other streets around us are in far better condition. Last year patch work fixes were made to cover some pot holes, but those are already wearing out The cul de sac and road need to be repaved We also do not have sidewalks so all foot traffic is on this surface. -

There wasn't a good category for this one, so change as necessary. I have additional pictures of this issue.
During construction of the house at 1409 212th Ave NE they required a concrete pumper boom truck to pour the foundation. The boom was unable to get under the communication wires so the contractor cut the wire binding together the various cables and used a nylon strap to tie the wires up higher. These communication wires (i.e. phone and internet) are now unbundled and lose.
The wires are on the power poles, but PSE is not responsible for them. The bundle consists of wires from various companies (Verizon, Comcast, Ziply/ Frontier) that may or may not be responsible for maintenance or damage done by other parties.
Other than the contractor for the building of the house at 1409 212th Ave NE being responsible to repair the damage done to these wires, who is responsible for maintenance of these communication wires?
Additionally, the communication wire bundle hangs down over my driveway at 1429 212th Ae NE so a 13' 6" truck can't deliver or do work at my house. Who is responsible to get these wires raised?

Road IssueĐược thừa nhận3601–3619 Sahalee Way Ne Sammamish WA 98074, United States - SammamishDuring yesterdays(2/25/24) power outage due to a tree hanging over 228th, the road was closed. It would have been helpful if there were "Road Closed Ahead" signs placed both north along 228th and as well as approaching Sahalee Way from 202! It turned into a cluster of cars having to turn around when this could have been alleviated had there been road closed signs placed prior to the u-turn point. What is the procedure for this? In a true emergency this could have been a disaster.

What is the city's plans for this; replace, remove, or repair this? What is the estimated date of completion. Garbage and debris is still here and citizen keeps cleaning up the area. Thank you for addressing this concern.

Referring to the CLOSED report number 15466985:
"Please let us know if you have any questions by commenting on the request." OK, here you go:
I find it disconcerting that this request, along with numerous others made by myself and others get "closed" without any remedial action or an explaination other than "it has been referred to the proper officials." What is being done about these issues?
In this case, the newest paint markings on our road seem to indicate that only half of the road will be overlayed, potentially making worse the puddling that occurs already.
This See-Click-Fix website is useless and I am tempted to discuss these concerns with other City officials to find answers to these questions unless this website starts giving some real answers to these issues.

What is the status of this permit restoration work? This work really needs to be addressed ASAP.
From Stephen Noeske 8/16/23:
"The permit for the address you provided is ROW2023-00203. I am assuming the restoration you are inquiring about is the pavement. According to the notes in the permit tacking software, pavement was marked out for restoration limits on 4/25/23. It has been my understanding it has been very busy with the trying to schedule asphalt work"
