    Hello. This shutoff valve is on the left side of our driveway, just a little up from the street. We are preparing to replace our 36 year old wood timber retaining walls up the driveway with stone boulders. Our contractor asked that we reach out to the City to cut the valve back lower to the ground so that it is less likely that damage will occur during the retaining wall renovation work. Kindly advise how we proceed. Thanks.

    Pooling ice melt from recent warmer weather & bright sunshine has created a large ice patch on Village Drive at it’s intersection with Cahill. It is dicey and dangerous entering & exiting Cahill, especially when starting from a full stop. Also, children walk through the affected area when going to and from their school buses. Sand or salt treatment is needed. Also, Village Drive is again riddled with potholes.

    On Tuesday night we had dark brown sediment coming out of the bathtub. We have been running the water and it is still not clear. It’s not dark brown, but now it’s a yellow brown. I think someone may need to come out and see what is going on. Thanks.

    New home property up for sale. for over 1 month, there has been about 30 paper leaf bags lined up in the front yard against neighbors fence. they need to be removed. also, water is pooling in the yard in the north east corner of the yard.

    A contractor working in the area had two loads of boulders delivered, which were side-tipped onto the street. This resulted in cracking and spalling of the curb. As a taxpayer who was assessed for street, curb, and gutter replacement a few years back, I feel the contractor should repair this damage at their expense.
