Appears meter may have been accidentally turned off (perhaps in connection with the water system upgrade on the street). No signs of any leaking water in street or on property. No water flowing thru meter when observing the meter.

    The sidewalk is full of weeds. There is hardly any grass here and it keeps getting worse ever year since the grass was planted several years ago. The weeds migrate into the neighboring yards and now to the other side of the sidewalk. Please put down weed killer or remove the weeds manually. It is a nuisance.

    As of a couple days ago there’s a constant loud rushing sound coming from this pipe. It was never there before. It sounds like gas or water and quite a lot of it. WAY more than could be accounted for with storm water - and it predates the rain anyways.
