Property continues to not be mowed, mold north side, weeds in front just about touching roof line. vehicles parked sideways can't tell if registered or operable in shrubbery. Out of state truck there daily with Massachusetts plates, obviously lives there . DMV issue, Historical Disrict issue? Is this a boarding house now as a running business?

Over grown grass (2+ft). Front yard half mowed, back yard over 2ft tall. Hasn’t been mowed all year. Over grown bushes and brush laying in piles in front and back yard. Causing rodent problems to neighbors and excessive bunny population.

House is missing siding by garage.

16 copper drive. Home looks abandon. Fence in front yard along broad has in multiple spots. Grass is not cut and is over 12 inches.

Garbage bags, toilet and other debris still piled up on the side of the house. They stuffed the rest of the garbage into the garage. They have garbage sitting in a brown barrel that's been left at the end of their driveway for a month

This an undeveloped residential vacant lot with grass, weeds and other growth greater than 12 inches in height that is within 25 feet of the street line which is a violation of Article IV, Section 14-172 sub-section 15.

Inoperable vehicle parked in road for months infront of 30 copper drive. Gold in color. In addition to being unsightly this will be a hazard to street cleaning and to snow removal.

Grass is badly overgrown, and there's dozens of full leaf bags rotting by the garage

Connecticut Avenue has TWO abandoned houses. I believe there are people living in the first one because every morning on my way to work the shades have been in different position . There were once addicts squatting there and we really don't need that in the neighborhood. Please investigate and remove this scary situation, and these squatters. Thank you
