Basement flooded during June 25-26, 2021 rainstorm.

Water was in my room and my daughters room on the carpet about 2inches. The furniture in my room was damaged such my Chester drawers, and bed, in my daughters room her closet and bed.

On june 26 2021 I woke up to my basement being floored with 2 feet of sewerage water pimping in from the floor drain and laundry tub. Called the water department left a message and never received a response.

Sewage water leaked into the building. Have pictures, only able to upload 1 image.

basement completely flooded. ruin new tile floors, damaged furnace and hot water tanks still having issues .. raw swage causing tenants to have no access to the basement. a lot their personal items were damage.

I already submitted a claim, June 27, 2021, however I received a letter August 7th, stating it needed a signature before August 9th. I also submitted photos and receipts, and insurance denial letter.

Standing water and water damage in the basement. Panel is peeling apart from the wall and a funky smell is coming from the drain.
