Ground caving near sewer drain causing excessive damage to vehicles. Multiple complaints have been filed with management.

I have been reporting this sewer cave in since June after the flood. My basement floods every time it rains. I am not connected to the sewer, because of the cave in. The cave in behind my house stinks. So everything that goes down the drain comes up in my basement. I got opinion from two different plumbers, and they both say the sewer has collapse. I have no heat because of the constant flooding, they can't install the furnace. Why am i paying the water bill for services I am not connected to.

This is a photo of where the sewer should be in the alley behind this address between Nashville and East McNichols. It has completely caved in. Many of my neighbors on Goulburn and Westphalia have had water in their basements over and over. This sewer cave in May be blocking the water flow. It is many feet deep. Please come out and investigate. This sewer is the responsibility of the water department, not the residents. I am making this complaint from 12554 Goulburn if you wish to speak to me.

After numerous calls and emails, they customer service reps with Detroit water continue to blame the field managers who they can't contact, only email. This is why the city is in terrible shape. Nobody cares about the residents. Almost two months of sewer back up due to a collapse sewer line in the ground and u get nothing but the run around. Pouring gallons of water out everyday.

And huge potholes

On approximately 1/28/22 a small water main leak was coming out at this location. On 2/14/22 the water main was fixed and this pavement patch was applied.
Initial this repair was fairly flush to the existing adjacent road surface. However, it's since sunk approximately 10" deep.
It is the entire south bound lane; at 9' wide and 4' long.

This is drain that has problems - manhole cover was needing to be cut out but now it's broken and caving in - drain still needs fixing - dangerous because it's right where we and others who come to park - park and tire will go in, and get cut or stuck

Entire street, sidewalks, and yards flooded for a few hours. Some residents tried to unclog drains with no luck. Still clogged.

Previous repair of a water main break (Feb 3022) is caving in causing drivers to go around it if possible, or risk damage to their vehicles
