Sinkhole over sewer line. How did you close work request 140081 and the steel plate and hole are still present?

I called in about this problem last summer. The cover is off and the sink hole is getting bigger

The sewer drain is completely clogged with dirt due to cave in. Water will no longer drain. And this issue has gone unaddressed after numerous notifications via this app over the past 4 years.

Very large cave in over the southern most lane of Euclid there is a water pipe exposed as a result.

Major water main break in the middle of intersection, where new underground construction has occurred. Road has become compromised on west bound Gratiot. It is under water, and caving in, with cars driving through it at full speed, and almost bottoming out.it is also going to cause Major flooding on the block, which I own a building on.
