I am writing to draw your attention to a concern at Bob Maguire Park that impacts the aesthetic and utility of our community space. The area shown in the attached image appears underutilized and somewhat neglected, which detracts from the park's overall appeal and functionality.

Could the city consider enhancing this space? Possible improvements could include landscaping, installing benches, or creating a dedicated area for community activities. Such upgrades would not only beautify the park but also enhance its use for residents, contributing to our community’s quality of life.

Damaged tennis courts at Dixon Landing.

The floors on the 3 tennis courts are having big cracks It is dangerous for kids and adults to play in this condition
Please inspect and fix the courts

On one end of plank missing connection between plank and main playground structure. See pic with other end attached and one not attached.

The Pickleball net on the south east most court is torn Please replace the net ..--

There is a tree behind my house in Albert Augustine park that is growing on to my property, and on power lines. Could someone come out and trim this tree?

Please clean park -kids playground full of needles, shopping carts and debris

This is regarding Fredrick Creighton Park (Picnic Area C) Milpitas.

Grass looks very Dry with big spots near Picnic Area C.

Please schedule the lawn Watering near Picnic Area C.

There is a pothole at the corner of the pickleball court. Can be dangerous if someone steps in it, especially in the dark.

Trees along the fenceline at Robert E Browne Park on Yellowstone Ave were pruned. A tree has also been cut all the way down to the ground and left only a nub. The dead/dried trimmings and cut branches have been left there for 2-3 weeks now. It also looks unprofessionally done. Fire season is upon us and these dead branches/leaves need to be cleared. Can Park Maintence employees make an inspection?
