    This debris is growth from the fence that has fallen down after PG&E cut the growth on the other side of the fence. It is all over the sidewalk and my driveway. Milpitas workers cleared some of it 2 weeks ago but their truck lacked capacity to complete the job. They said to submit another work order to finish this cleanup. This is that work order.

    This issue started out two or more years ago as perpetually wet pavement. It has now developed into a pothole. The water is always there. It is clearly an underground leak of some sort. The damage is slowly getting worse. There is always standing water here.

    There are four Blink charge stations available for public use. One of the four (BAE602617) has been broken for months. I have reported it via the app many times, but there is no response from Blink. The stations are pretty heavily used, so having the fourth one would be beneficial. They used to Semaconnect stations.

    One can "enable" the unit, but it refuses to talk with the vehicle. We have tried multiple vehicles (I see many users failing to connect).

    Maybe you have some clout to get it fixed.
