    This issue started out two or more years ago as perpetually wet pavement. It has now developed into a pothole. The water is always there. It is clearly an underground leak of some sort. The damage is slowly getting worse. There is always standing water here.

    The elevator in the parking garage at the library doesn't work. It hasn't worked for months. I tried from the 2nd and 3rd floors and it still doesn't work. I can't take strollers down the stairs and have to walk down the ramp which isn't safe.

    There are four Blink charge stations available for public use. One of the four (BAE602617) has been broken for months. I have reported it via the app many times, but there is no response from Blink. The stations are pretty heavily used, so having the fourth one would be beneficial. They used to Semaconnect stations.

    One can "enable" the unit, but it refuses to talk with the vehicle. We have tried multiple vehicles (I see many users failing to connect).

    Maybe you have some clout to get it fixed.

    All the EV charging station except 1 are showing offline. I reached out to report issue with Sema Connect and they informed that there is no power to those station. Can someone please investigate this issue ASAP? Thanks, Vaishali
