    Is it possible to put a middle turn lane between Calaveras Court and Gadsden along Calaveras Blvd? I think it would help the houses that are along there as well as the school district so they do not block lanes while they are trying to get into a driveway. When this was originally built Calaveras wasn't nearly as busy as it is now. It has needed something like this for a long time.

    Three times in the last five days driving on Montague Expressway I’ve witnessed a pedestrian near-miss caused by individuals walking into traffic to cross the street from the VTA Transit Hub. They exit through the bushes and run into traffic because it is shorter than using the pedestrian bridge. Usually at dusk or night. Someone is going to be struck by a car or truck. The city should post additional signs and/or install fencing to prevent such dangerous behavior before a life is needlessly lost.

    1) Coming from the direction of the BART station on S Milpitas Blvd, the lights only stay green 6-7 seconds for bicycles, which is not long enough to get across before traffic gets green on E Capitol..This is dangerous as they can't see you because of the pillars in the middle of the crossing. 2) Coming from the other direction (towards the BART station from the apartments), the lights don't trigger for bicycles. I've already got in touch about issue 1 and was told the work order was completed, but whatever - if anything - was done had no effect.

    When traveling eastbound on Dixon Landing Rd, at the intersection of Milmont Dr, (going towards N. Milpitas Blvd) the traffic light on Dixon Landing Rd. gives yellow for an extremely short period. This is not safe. It's barely enough time for a car to pass through the intersection. Please extend the yellow light to be at least twice the seconds it is at present. I fear there is an accident waiting to happen at this intersection because of the short duration of yellow light.

    We would like to request an upgrade of signal heads at the Landess Ave & Morrill Ave intersection due to a recent collision. In our records (City of San Jose) it shows we have an O&M agreement in which City of Milpitas is to maintain this intersection. We have taken a look at this intersection and it needs some 8" to 12" signal head upgrades as well as yellow reflective tape on all signal heads.     Milpitas has bad access to 237 west while other farther cities are easily accessing it . 237 east is a highway why do we have 10traffic signals ? There are 10x vehicles stopping due to red sign for 1x vehicles .

    Hi, this intersection is not safe. Apparently, drivers do not know how to follow the proper directions for a four way stop, mostly because they speed to the stop sign and actually don’t come to a complete stop. My biggest concern is when school is in session and kids are crossing to go to school in the morning and then again coming back home. My neighbors and I have witnessed a number of accidents just in the last few months, but that isn’t uncommon. I don’t prefer it and I can’t think of any other option since there are already flashing red lights, but maybe this intersection just needs its own set of stop lights.

    Every corner I turn in Milpitas another great tree cut down. The city of Milpitas has removed a great tree at this park. I would like to request at least two new trees to be planted in replace of the one that cut. Hopefully the new trees planted will be of decent well established size at the time of planting.

    We have a huge tree in front of the house and the roots are getting into our sewage pipes multiple times a year.

    I am not sure what type of tree it is, so I do not know if it is a heritage tree.

    What are our options? Can the city remove it? Do I have to remove it? Can we fortify our sewage?
