house was knocked down been a year nothing has been done. now growing weeds and grasses home for rats raccoons possums and other animals.

City owned property that needs to be inspected and knocked down or gated. My personal safety and that of my family is a concern. it is often people who come to this address...This could be avoided with gate put up by City. Also the debris from the house falls on my house and the house needs to be knocked down as it is a hazzard.

This property at 70 Shephard Ave. has been abandoned for about two years. I had to beg the city to come and cut down some of the vegetation last summer. As summer approaches is growing again. I have to pay my landscapers to maintain the curbside grass. I spend my mornings cleaning up bottles and litter from in front of that house so that it won’t blow onto my property next-door. I bought signs from Amazon. “please do not litter” and “private property” to keep people from throwing litter on the lawn.

Can someone from the City PLEASE cut the grass in front of this abandoned property It is an eyesore and embarrassment on this otherwise beautiful part of Shephard Avenue where the homeowners take pride in keeping their property up Whatever bank owns this property needs to be held responsible and accountable for the upkeep until it is sold!
