It look all like the storm drain isn't working I don't think it was cleaned out after the park fence construction

The corner was flooded in last night's storm. Seems to happen quite often at this junction.

Clogged drain inside courthouse garage

This is the pedestrian tunnel storm drain. It's always like this a muddy mess. The drain is ALWAYS clogged. The problem is the erosion of the soil all around the path to the tunnel comes down every time it rains It's impossible to pass, without having to walk through the mud ..,

There's graffiti in four different spots on the wall along the path behind Walmart, and Lowe's.

There is graffiti on my back fence facing the walkway as you turn to go to the Storm Mountain Pocket Park. A friend said it continued along the path towards Draper. There are also graffiti under the slides at the park.
