Sidewalk DamageOuvert319 Laurel Hill Cir Richmond Hill, GA, 31324, USA - Richmond HillI'd like to request to NOT remove the trees due to sidewalk damage. Please consider shaving the concrete and painting the sidewalk to warn people of unevenness. I do understand some trees need to be removed because of the underground water pipes. But please do not remove the trees for solely sidewalk damage. Thanks for your time.

Storm Water DrainageReconnu32 Sterling Creek Dr Richmond Hill, GA, 31324, USA - US Congressional District GA1The wooded area between Boles Community Park and the houses at the entrance to Sterling Creek is flooded and unable to drain. This area has on occasion spilled over into my backyard and flooded up to my garage. The water remains in this area for many months at a time and is a breeding ground for mosquitos and other insects. During the summer months my backyard is unusable due to insects from the swamp as well as the swampy, moldy odor. This area did not flood prior to the building of the park.

Storm Water DrainageReconnu241 Miner Dr Richmond Hill, Georgia, 31324 - Richmond HillAn old blocked off storm water culvert that runs beneath our property has collapsed along it's entire @ 200 foot length, creating sink holes, undermining, cracking and dropping the driveway, creating a long depression in our lawn and threatening to damage the foundation of our house. The culvert previously connected the drainage canal bordering the Timber Trail rec park with the Sterling Creek canal, but the county (?) blocked the inlet end of it years ago and rerouted the water flow around a 90 degree bend toward Timber Trail. Over the past few years, we noticed depressions forming in the lawn and the driveway cracking and dropping. But recently the process has accelerated greatly, obvious sink holes have appeared (some of them hidden from view beneath the lawn) and the existing undermined areas have deepened. The adjacent lawn and concrete driveway and sidewalks are sloping downward and the foundation of our house is threatened. Please address this ASAP.

Storm Water DrainageReconnu274 Magnolia St Richmond Hill, Georgia, 31324 - Richmond HillThese pictures were taken today at 1pm after the heavy rain we had over night and early morning. As you can see there or standing water with no where to drain due to blocked drainage ditch from dead trees/tree debris blocking water from moving. This has been an ongoing issue reported before. The water will sit for 3-5 days after a heavy rainfall causing mosquitoes and eventually a foul smell from bacteria filled stagnant water. It’s all a huge hazard! From the dead trees in the drainage ditch, clogged drainage ditches, and days of bacteria filled stagnant water causing a mass of mosquitoes which bring on another set of issues.

Storm Water DrainageReconnu700e Bristol Way Richmond Hill, Georgia, 31324 - Richmond HillThe storm cover is broken on both sides, in the corner is barely hanging on by wire it pushes down and catches everything that comes through leaves or dirt or anything and then it calls it the back up all the way down the street into my driveway. I’ve called City Hall twice about it and this morning they told me to enter it all on this website.

Storm Water DrainageReconnu241 Miner Dr Richmond Hill, GA, 31324, USA - Richmond HillThe bank of the storm water drainage ditch behind my property has been allowed to erode my property. There is now a gap beneath our privacy fence, and the foundations for the posts are threatened. The ditch flooded our yard up to the house last summer for the first time ever. We've been here since 1995. The flood waters filled the back yard and ran down the driveway down to Miner Drive. The ditch bank along my property is lower than the bank along the rec park, so all flood waters run through my and my neighbors' property. This was never a problem until within the last year.

This is not the city’s responsibility to maintain but ode enforcement should address.

Street LightReconnu60 Smoke Rise Rd Richmond Hill GA 31324, United States - US Congressional District GA1Street light in 60 Smoke Rise Rd is out. The house is on the corner lot that has the pole. Unsure what is the pole number but the top number stenciled on the lamp is #10 and the placard that is black has CO 777981. Additionally, this is the second back-to-back street light on this street that is out which makes the entire length of the street completely pitch black and somewhat dangerous. Please fix.
