I own a home in Woodinville that borders the Woodinville Heights Neighborhood park (18114 145th Place NE). The shrubs/trees along my fence line have knocked down my fence in several locations. Who should I contact about having the shrubs/trees cut back and fixing the fence?

Large campsite recently appeared off the Greenbrier trail. This is a protected wetland, and every campsite has left hoards of garbage.

The mulch through the Greenbrier Trails is getting thin, and muddy in spots, even on sunny days. If you can blow some extra mulch through here, that would be lovely.

I am respectfully requesting for the city of Woodinville to enforce the site lighting ordinances and request Timberridge Condominiums HOA and Emerald Management Association Company to comply with applicable design standard lighting regulations set forth in Chapters 21.33 through 21.35 WMC.

Timberridge HOA and Emerald Management Company are not complying with the site lightinh ordinance and causing intrusive light pollution into the night sky and surrounding neighborhood.

There is a small environmental habitat designated by the State of WA that sits along the neighboring Timberridge borderlines and the light pollution is disturbing wildlife actively whilst also causing confusing lighting within its property boundary lines that is inconsistent and causes unneccesary light glare.

The site lighting is intrusive. Timberridge is openly flouting Woodinville ordinances, King County rules and the State of WA rules and laws regarding light pollution and intrusive lighting.

The lighting extends well beyond the building roofline and the property line. A photo attached shows how a homeowner's lighting is glaringly bright, crosses the homeowner's property line and into the neighbor's property and windows, whilst extending pass the building roofline and Timberridge's property line into the wildlife habitat designated by the State of WA.

The pictures attached show the inconsistent lighting, how the lighting extends past property lines and bleeds into neighboring homeowner's property lines, causes reckless light pollution, disturbs wildlife and their habitats, and is ugky and inconsistent.

An additional photo shows a neighboring condominium that follows the ordinances and has the appropriate lighting. One can see the glaring difference between what Timberridge has and what the appropriate lighting should be.
