Black Cadillac crossover/suv, has not moved in over a week, does not belong to neighbors.

These two cars have been parked for a week without moving. One is a white Ford expedition. The other is a hummer. They never move - as you know parking is a premium in this neighborhood and everybody moves their cars except for these two.

This is also dangerous for bicyclist bicycling past who do not see the handlebars. Personal van bags and boxes of items on sidewalk block the sidewalk for pedestrians.
