    Garbage was never fully cleaned up and is again being dumped/accumulated at this location. Also a tarp structure is now in place. Possibly a homeless person living in the gully. Drug related paraphernalia around and near the site.

    Unhoused person has been living under 21st Street bridge and harassing residents and vandalizing private buildings in area and leaving an unsanitary amount of garbage and other belongings around private property. There have been several encampments underneath the bridge recently, but this is the first time somebody has damaged the private property or directly harassed any residents. Request a cleanup of encampment under bridge, and contact team to help re-locate unhoused person(s).

    This is on the train tracks.. the photos was taken from the 43rd St bridge Their camp appears to be getting larger in size We have called 911 as they are screaming, fighting, and making threats. They have a huge garbage pile that's growing by the week (approximately size of 2 cars)

    Homeless are arranging large amounts of furniture on the sidewalk. Its a safety risk to say the least to virtually block a sidewalk with furniture. A tent occupant a few feet away has accumulated a significant amount of garbage in bags

    This man lives under the bridge. He throws tons of garbage in the gulch every day. He has a strobe light, tin foil and an ax amoung other unknown items spread all around. I live alone next to this so I'm scared. Please clean it up and have him leave. All of the neighbors have called many times. Please!!! He's crazy and I don't feel safe.
