tons of old mildewy furniture in Fred's unique furniture parking lot. smells really bad as it has been getting rained on and it is a harbor for rodents. this could get infested fast and they added more to it over the weekend

Owners are not having trash pick up. This is not others illegally dumping this is residents having nowhere to put their trash.

Illegal dumper was caught in the act at 6:45pm on 9/8. When called, he admitted it was his truck that was used, it was his trash, but he was not the person that dumped it. He is on Felony Parole. Agreed to clean it up, but then flaked out. Have proof of everything.

Vacant house with illegal dumping. People see the debris then add to the pile. It is unsightly and may attract rodents. It is also near an elementary school. Please address this issue asap.
