this apartment complex continues to dump mattresses and furniture in the back of the property and leave them on the ground.

My mothers home is next door...she has since passed away. We have been attempting to sell the property.... We continue to get the feedback that people don't want to or are afraid to live next door to the unsightly and unhealthy environment next door. The owner needs to clean up the property right away. It is sad to see such a unhealthy mess in the neighborhood. And making it very difficult for my family. We need to see some immediate action on this.

Large amounts of trash all over this homeowners yard including piles of building debris. Looks like a land-fill!

Debris between the houses as well in front yard. Fire pit being used repeatedly in the backyard.

The car wash on S. Cedar St. just north of Brookland is a mess. Trash everywhere, multiple pieces of indoor furniture dumped in the back. Clearly not adequately draining either. Huge safety hazard of ice & filth. Should be shut down til cleaned & thawed.

Both houses have their trash/recycle carts out at the street all the time. They don't remove them from the street each week.

Recycle (tall) container always left in front yard and next to it is a black trash can with looks like garbage and recycle stuff in it that has not been picked up in 4 weeks. Make that house look horrible and the neighbor look nasty too!

They are over filling their trash containers & not taking them to the curb on a weekly bases. Trash is blowing all over neighboring property due to this. Also we have seen animals in the trash cans & afraid it is going to attract rats
