We continue to get the feedback that people don't want to or are afraid to live next door to the unsightly and unhealthy environment next door. The owner needs to clean up the property right away. It is sad to see such a unhealthy mess in the neighborhood. And making it very difficult for my family. We need to see some immediate action on this.

    I am a real estate agent for CENTURY 21 Cedarwood and I have a house listed at 2010 E. Cavanaugh, next door to bad yard. I have had several complaints about people looking at house that they don't want to live next to the neighbors because their yard is bad. They have old furniture in backyard in a pile, trailor in sideyard full of brush, etc...and they are parking in the yard. I also am sure they are driving right through my property to get to their's through the bushes, I can see the tracks. This needs to stop and no one around them can sell or stand to look at their mess.
