The dumpster for residential waste from 203 Tate St is located on Edgar St, at approx 203. The dumpster has deteriorated and is now unsanitary, with rats and mice entering and exiting the dumpster at the bottom where dumpster is broken

Is it possible to put up fences around the dumpsters in this Windsor Center parking lot? It is a total eye-sore to the neighborhood and to me as you can see in the photograph. The trash has been here for 3 days and I have watched large birds devour items(food) in the middle of parking lot. It is very frustrating to see this in my community. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Everyday and time of night dump site

This Corridor has been dealing with this garbage now for two three years. Right now due to the heat it's making the smell of the garbage hard to deal with. There are maggots in the trash it is now unsanitary.
