There is a new homeless encampment on the CT River Trail l, by the entrance off Lafleur Drive. This has been an issue on and off over the last year. I was told last year that CPD would be responsible for patrolling the trail once it was complete but we haven’t seen an officer since. That being said, I’m not sure which department this issue is for (Parks or CPD), but whichever it is, could you please address this issue.
