    Can there be a flashing crosswalk sign? It is very dangerous around there because there are no street lights. With daylight savings time it is difficult to see people waiting to cross the street at night. Also, people drive too fast on Highland Ave.

    Since the extension of Dow Street/Mitchell St no one put a street light back there. It's dark and dangerous over there. Also, someone should put a street sign off of Reed Street (Mitchell St & Dow).

    Traffic lights by movie theatre cause constant traffic on weekends. Goes green and within seconds goes yellow. Currently traffic is backed up past the old Not You're Average Joes.

    Randolph definitely has a problem with RATS! I’ve lived here since 1998 and never saw a RAT. Now I see them daily. Good size RATS. Called board of health they aske if my neighbors had chickens or rabbits???
