    There is a rodent infestation at the property. The basements are filthy and unhealthy. There is very little building maintenance and cleaning. Garbage is allowed to pile up in the basements and hallways. All of this attracts rodents. The building is not up to code along with faulty fire extinguishers, no security cameras, and many potholes on property. All of this attracts rodents which enter the building complex at alarming rates.

Also, I don't understand why notices are taped to front doors, and you expect people to get them. I don't usually use my front door. My neighbors said the same thing. Why don't you use the text message or phone call option for alerting us?

    The neighbors house at 11 Bourne Street has this pump constantly running and sending water down the street and it is ruining others lawns. In the winter it created incredibly slippery conditions and was dangerous.
