I received a comment back saying it was resolved but no message as to why it was resolved or what would happen. In good faith, I waited but unfortunately this is still how this business looks, everyday we are looking at a junk yard. Can anything be done?

They are a food distributor. Rodents have been seen going in and out of trailers transporting foodstuff throughout New England.
