    Ditch that drains the hill from the first hole has blocked and breached. Now drains across castle hill playground parking lot and is making the field a constant muddy mess. Softball season has started and the field is unusable most days.

    The gates to Greenlawn Cemetary were closed by 2:30 in the afternoon. I came in at about 2 through the main gates and by 2:30 they were closed and I had to find an alternate exit. I was under the impression that the main gates should be open morning to night on weekdays.

    I reported this seven months and there has been no response. This is very frustrating. You could say that it would cost too much to fix, or that it is on schedule to be fixed in three years, or is under review, or you need funds and are applying for them, anything like this. But complete silence from a reporting system that the city is promoting and that promises rapid turnaround is unacceptable.

    In recent years, 3 tennis courts have been removed just in the south Salem area: 1 in Palmer Park, and 2 from Forest River. Are there plans to replace either of these tennis courts? The new ones at Salem High are great, but are often booked up with large private group lessons and take up all the courts.

    Handrail is missing from this section of steps that go up from Flint St up to Mack Park. This is a dangerous situation; personally I have stopped using these steps for fear of losing my balance, especially when they are wet or icy.

    The bulb on the antique looking streetlight is out, by the farm co-op shed, making the area quite dark when the sun sets.

    I wasn't sure what category to put this under. The Gallows Hill Park parking lot is packed with overnight parking and there are very few spaces for people to use when visiting the park; especially if there is a baseball game. Mansell Parkway, Loony Avenue, Hillside Avenue and even Witch Hill Road are absorbing the overflow. This has only begun happening in the last year or two. Is this parking from one of the apartment complexes? It limits park accessibility and makes it difficult for cars to get down the streets. There are also cars parking too close to stop signs.
