    The south side of the canal at Leslie's Retreat park has no safety fence. It is a safety hazard especially when the water is high. Neighborhood dogs have fallen in and owners have to go in after them. There are a lot of young children in the neighborhood and the lack of fence is a liability. There should be the same type of wooden fence as there is on the north side.

    Large wood maintenance enclosure behind the swimming pools is lacking a lock. People are throwing dog waste bags and other trash inside. Teenagers and others are seen trespassing inside on several occasions. (The structure is open-topped, which is a bad design, in many ways!)

    The owners of this house never do anything about their trash, and there are rodents and other wildlife that flock to this location.

    In the past two days have seen multiple rats in Collins cove area, along beach side of Collins street and at stairs going to beach. It seems to be time to bait the sewers again before it gets worse. This evening saw a rat on residential side of Collins Street near beach

    Rockafellas has failed to contain the trash and the food that should go into a separate container. Coming home last night. Saw several rats. As you can see in the picture, they have rat traps out there. The tops of the trash cans are left open and there's food all over the ground. Please help.
