Window has been broken for years, and house is in disrepair I don't understand why the window wasn't replaced when the homeowner did all that work on the back deck This house has been the subject of a times union article- the owner used to work for NYS and has not maintained the property

Trash stored improperly

Collecting rent x 4 on a property with no valid ROP and in current violation.
Collects state/county funds for this property and this is being reported to DSS.

Construction going on every single night overnight ! Sounds like a war zone all night long- this can not be legal . I haven’t slept in 2 weeks. I would like some type of follow up please .

Front screen door is not properly secured.

The construction at this building does not allow for pedestrians to safely walk around the corner of this building. The dumpster is not cordoned off, there is broken glass/cement all over the sidewalk and street, and trucks are always parked in the adjacent handicapped parking spots.

These steps are in disrepair and are crumbling.

Garbage and trash cluttered on the front porch.

Large overflowing County Waste cans on sidewalk blocking pedestrians all week. There is a spot in alley for cans. AHA property.

409 Delaware- refrigerator on porch for a long time
497 Delaware- large limb off street tree needs removal
295 delaware not mowing side between sidewalk and curb, overgrown
277 Delaware - roof peeling
229, 251 overgrown
170 peeling paint, porch listing, not on ROP list- private or rental
House next to the last fire- ROP person living in second floor with roof holes, etc.
99 Delaware- a shambles, not on ROP list.
