Water leaking (slow)

Uneven patching causes earthquake sounds when trucks, trailers pass by
East bound for sure!
Although west bound looks similar

On Google Map part of this building is called - Taiba Musallah, Mosque. Today there was a religious event so there were many people in the building - cars jammed all the residential street around, this happen every 1-2 weeks . It appears to be operating as a Mosque/Church. I don't think zoning allows for this - not to mention a safety issue if they allowed that many people in this building in terms of fire code.
