The music from the Alpharetta high school games has been very loud recently. While we support the Raiders and their games, this level of noise is highly disruptive to neighboring residential areas. We have a baby who cannot sleep and I can only imagine how difficult it must be for the elderly. Last year the levels were much tolerable. The microphone is so loud we can hear all the speeches and announcements. Please please check on this matter.

Golf course begins to mow grass and use the blower prior to six AM. This is quite annoying to those homes, like mine, who live on the course. Can you please address this?

New restaurant tavern opened up on the Alpharetta square. Blasting music over speakers at 12:02 AM on a Thursday night. Even with my own "white noise" music playing in my room, I can't escape the bass.

Dogs barking sometimes hours on end. The dog(s) at this residence are fenced and I believe barking back and forth with the dog in the home (back yard) opposite of their back yard. This occurs 2 to 4 times per week and can last anywhere from 45 minutes straight to 7+ hours and is becoming more frequent. I've knocked on their door 2x over 2 different days to discuss this with the owner but no one answers.
  • 155-1999 Kimball Bridge Road Alpharetta, Georgia - Alpharetta

For over 2 years a lot of Alpharetta residents have reported a homeless man pushing a shopping cart full of plastic bags, roaming the area. He screams in a very violent, angry, and aggressive manner and uses a lot of foul and obscene language.

His erratic and aggressive behavior has increased in the last year and has residents more concerned than before about their safety, including the safety of their families and spouses.

He yells and screams obscenities at all hours of the day, and at night his voice travels through the area, making it difficult for residents to sleep.

From other residents and reports, he seems to live in the woods near Rock Mill Rd and has at times been seen living in the enclosed bus stop on North Point Pkwy. He travels on North Point Pkwy, Kimball Bridge, Old Milton Rd, State Bridge Rd, & Haynes Bridge Rd, and the Rock Mill and Ocee Parks, in the same pattern.

He has been seen twice standing out in the middle of the road on State and Kimball Bridge near the Walgreens. At times he leaves some of his trash behind on the street or walkways.

This issue has also been brought up here - Issue ID: 3079728

Most believe he has mental issues and have requested multiple times for him to be taken off the streets to an appropriate place as he needs help.

I'm reporting this issue, as this issue has been ongoing and yet to be resolved.

Alpharetta police have been contacted before to deal with this person multiple times, especially with regards to the noise and disturbing the peace issues, but the overall issue with him is never resolved and he's still on the streets causing issues and disturbances. He has been warned by the police, but still carries on creating disturbances, showing he has no respect for the people of Alpharetta.

He may or may not be a physical threat yet, but his actions and presence have continued to impress a sense of danger and concern, that the citizens of Alpharetta shouldn't have to continue to worry about, and they should be able to live in a peaceful community.

I sincerely hope that this issue can be resolved so we're not talking about this issue again in a year or a situation where a citizen was physically harmed because this person had a mental breakdown and went into an unprovoked rage.

Huge fire ant nest by one of these trees just past the pavilion just past the playground. My two year old got over 25 bites on her ankle here on Saturday March 2. The arbor day tree planting is there in a few weekends and lots of kids playing there on nice days. Please look to exterminate before another toddler gets badly hurt by the ant venom!

Alpha Loop trash bin, as seen from town home in Midwick Subdivision. Always in a state of overflowing, a health & aesthetic hazard. There are far TOO FEW trash bins on Loop between detention pond/park & where the Loop ends @ a private property line to the West. This has been noted before on this site by other residents, as recently as late May. In addition, the black trail lights have been non-operational for weeks, maybe months.

Walking trail above the covered horse/dog arena needs repair as tree roots are busting up the asphalt. I turned my ankle on it Sunday, face planted and had to have ankle x-ray and also CT scan on area of my face where I landed. The trail in this area needs to be resurfaced
