Cars parking in no parking zone

There are animal droppings above the ceiling leaking through and staining it. I have contacted the apartment and all they did was cut a piece out and replace it and leave the remainder of the droppings in the ceiling. The picture included is supposedly after they fixed it. It is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Grass high and home no longer occupied.
Purchased early in the year by builder. Sign with agent phone number is in the front yard

Trash everywhere on construction site

CVS parking lot-dumpster area not properly maintained/secured. Trash overflowing, strewn outside dumpsters.

Someone dumped a mattress on this empty lot that is owned by Sandy Springs. Also want an update on my other ticket where I was asking about the house on the other corner that is overgrown and an eyesore but owned by Sandy Springs.

This fence that belongs to the condominiums at the corner of Hilderbrand and Boylston are dilapidated and an eyesore for anyone entering Hilderbrand from the Sandy Spring city center. This condominium complex needs to fix this fence and maintain it for the look of the neighborhood.
