Outdoor burning. Often!

There is land disturbance and severe impact to the critical root zones of trees in the back yard of 575 Dalrymple. They are installing something related to the sewer system. It does not look like they have a permit, and they are destroying the trees on the neighboring parcel on Wyncourtney Dr.

These junk cars are unregistered and inoperative and have been sitting for a long time. They are in bad shape and are a bad look for the neighborhood and county.

This active construction site aside from being messy with piles of debris… Has multiple signs posted on the property for commercial businesses. This is a residential neighborhood, residential street and is no place for ongoing posting of signs advertising commercial businesses. Two more pictures will be in the comments. Please ask this builder to remove the signs from the front yard and clean up the site…

19 Spruell Springs. Significant amount of water and mud are running under the silt fences at back of construction project and flooded the back yard of 4975 Lake Forrest. Major ponding, clay soil and straw accumulating in back yard. Appears to be overwhelming the storm drain where the same construction project tied in their drain pipes.

I filed maintenance request for my apartment. Said urgent. Cliftwood Employee Allison Bass being rude and refusing to contact me with maintenance person. As a result I can’t do laundry or shower.
