    Obstructing view from property 303 Colewood Way. Monday, March 6th @ approximately 7:15 am, I was involved in an accident at the stop sign at colewood way and bridgewater valley road. The person turning left onto colewood didn't see my car approaching on colewood way and she ran into me. The overgrown bush on this property is obstructing the view. If someone lived there, I would ask if they would cut it back. But since no one has occupied this property, I do not know how to handle. This is why I'm reporting to the city.     The deplorable conditions at 303 Colewood Way are continuing to deteriorate. It is obvious the home is vacant and has been for at least the year since its last purchase in March 2015. It does not appear to be habitable since the current owner gutted the interior some time ago. Broken garage door windows, a tarp on the roof, high grass and weeds, clogged gutters that inhibit proper storm water flow and a general run down appearance plague this very visible and well traveled corner of the neighborhood. Please require the property owner to bring the appearance to an acceptable condition.

    There is animal waste in the ceiling of my apartment. The apartment has not let me out of the lease due to health concerns and instead has just patched the ceiling and painted over it. There are roaches everywhere and the apartment is disgusting. The animal waste began leaking through the ceiling. The property manager told me that it is because the property “is 40 years old.”

    Submitting code violation on behalf of tenant of unit 949 as Spanish is her first language. Water leaking from bathroom ceiling and through electrical parts (bathroom light). Highly hazardous. Neighbor has stated 2 work orders have been put in with no resolution. Damaged clothing and shoes. Please note violations previously submitted for bldg 9 include unit 918 (black "goo")and unit 951 (flooding living room area) in August alone. Also neighbor informed that last tenant moved out of until 952 for water intrusion. Possible structural/foundation issued in building 9. please look into this as soon as possible.
