This address has had an abandoned vehicle parked on their grass (a non hardened all weather surface) for a long time and it appears to be inoperative. It is a code violation and a bad look for the neighborhood and county.

Construction work being done without a permit. Or without visible permit

Hello-

My name is Greg Goodson and I am a resident of Sandy Springs. My neighbor at 7055 Hunters Branch Drive has a tree at there property that is dead, in advanced stages of decay, and is at risk of falling and hitting my home. I alerted the property owner of this issue in December of 2023 but they have yet to take action. Given the size of the tree, it poses a significant danger to life and property. I would like the city to get involved as l believe this is a nuisance as defined by the Sandy Springs Code of Ordinances. Please refer to Subpart A, chapter 34, article Il, section 34-19.

"(a) The following conditions being maintained or located on an owner's property may be declared to be nuisances when any one of them endangers the health, welfare, or good of other persons or the good order of the community: (8) All walls, trees, and buildings that may endanger persons or property;"

I hired a ISA Certified Arborist to assess the tree and can share the report if it is helpful.

There is land disturbance and severe impact to the critical root zones of trees in the back yard of 575 Dalrymple. They are installing something related to the sewer system. It does not look like they have a permit, and they are destroying the trees on the neighboring parcel on Wyncourtney Dr.

These junk cars are unregistered and inoperative and have been sitting for a long time. They are in bad shape and are a bad look for the neighborhood and county.

This man not only continues drilling but now he’s brought a loud truck up here @12:23 & is drilling at the same time. On a Tuesday night. You’re telling me this is completely legal on residential property????At this time??? No construction all day- but let 10pm hit😡

Cutting trees at will without permits. Total disregard for our canopy. Cutting hardwoods

They have had the loudest drilling going on since 10pm Monday night. I’ve reported and nothing has came from it. It is currently 3:24 and drilling is yet to stop. No way construction is legal at this timee. I am almost in tears

The below vehicles are classified as Junk/Abandoned vehicles under city ordinance based on reasons cited below. They are currently parked at 6125 Roswell Road in the Retail parking garage across from the leasing office. Both vehicles have been sitting for 6+ months. Per ordinance these are non-complaint even on private property.
