    Waste Management moving trash compactors at 5:20 this morning for Kroger. Decibel reading over 80 recorded. Why is this not done during the daytime hours? On top of the 24 hour HVAC noise Kroger avoids all of the noise ordinance regulations and our neighborhood suffers. Not a new issue though sadly.

    Water has been coming through our ceiling near the chimney since October 2019. We have seen mold damage. The office has “cleaned” it once in April with a bleach spray and claimed it was just cosmetic damage with no inspection. Every time it rains hard water pours through our ceiling. In June they finally sent a contractor around to look several damaged units. He took a photo and left, and no further action has been taken. I have reached out to the leasing office and corporate office to no avail.

    The grass area around the entire perimeter of this construction site and onto Underwood Dr is at least 18 to 24 inches tall. Please ask the builder to maintain these areas continuously so they do not look like they do today.
