City of Sandy Springs PLUS

Several Front yard trees removed.
Dumpster full of materials that were removed from the existing home...scope of work unknown.
No permits of any kind in City database.

Tree cut down and left in front of mailboxes and on street for weeks

Construction run off

Trash piles accumulating on the site… Makes no sense since they have a dumpster.

This house is a short term rental and there are consistently cars filling up the driveway and spilling into the street. The renters also speed through the neighborhood which is an extreme danger to the children on the street. Please look into this ASAP.

I have submitted work request, sent emails, called the office, and in-person office visits continuously regarding water leaks and mold. Inspectors, complex managers, and complex maintenance, have confirmed mold multiple times 3 rooms of my apartment. No corrective action is taken after confirming the presence of mold. I am continuously ignored, given the run around, or lied to when trying to follow up. Thank you for any possible assistance.

At the very back of the property (The Reserve at Ridgewood) is an exterior lot light that is too bright and infringing upon our private residential property at 380 Earlston Drive. The light should either be turned off or a cover should be on the fixture so the light is shielded from bleeding onto our residential property. Than you.

Property located at 1034 Huntcliff has been reluctantly taken care of and affecting property values and there are numerous issues going on at this property! Trees are growing out of gutters and barely functioning, deck is rotten and barely standing, active mold/mildew on walls of exterior of unit, an oversized cardboard box has been in the front of unit for probably 8 month and either collects trash or whatever else. The is also an apparent rodent deterrent alarm inside that is a high pitched sound which is somewhat audible from the outside.

Homeowner has numerous piles of dead branches stacked in the backyard and by the street. This is a fire hazard and a haven for rodents.

NO PERMIT BOX Significant amount of construction is occurring at this address. There is one permit in the city database for electrical work. There is no permit box. Deliveries of lumber and building materials to execute what is likely a project well beyond the electrical permit have been occurring daily. Based on power tool use of saws, hammering and other construction noise the nature of the work appears to be such that it involves more than what might be covered by an electrical permit yet this is the only permit.
