This was already cleaned up on 5/7/20, but has begun to grow again.
Comm. Director suggests besides cleaning up once again, that Code Enforcement go out to location, as well, to determine what measures can be taken to deter this behavior [fencing? violation sign(s)? etc.] -

You're replies was that it was inside BART and for me to contact BART. Thy type reply is not acceptable. All you did was to try to pass the buck. First, the carts are outside the BART station and second, how dare you tell me to contact BART. I made a valid report and you pass the buck. All you have to do is do the same job as you do for other cart reports. Don't pass the buck back to me. -

This day always creates traffic in the neighborhood especially on W Orange Ave and Myrtle Mayfair and cars block the driveways. Redirecting thru the business neighborhood (it's a Saturday and businesses are closed) would be a better route. -

The coyote was the size of a medium size dog. Maybe 60 lbs and did not show fear towards me.
