Town-Wide Issues PLUS

Broken traffic barricades in temporary lanes, sand bags broken, barricades out of place in lane. The lane clearance area is not being maintained well with the limited lane space in construction area. Construction company needs supervision to ensure traffic can flow freely without having to avoid debris.

Quartz Road, south of Germann, along with Stonecreek and Partridge, all were seal coated over two months ago but the bike lane striping has not been repainted. Additionally, the yellow striping and lane striping on Quartz Road just south of the Germann intersection has not been property paint striped. We would appreciate getting the striping done completed on the streets.

Traffic/Construction cones were placed on our street past the blocked 1 way entrance. This is still a private street and is not included in any construction easement and the residents were not ever notified of the additional cones/signs. These cones block traffic on our street down to one lane further down than the necessary street entrance block. These cones also prevent multiple residents from pulling our trailers out of properties. Remove these from our private street immediately.

The intersection of cooper and Guadalupe gets highly congested during rush hour in all directions. Is it possible to make the widened 3rd lanes in all directions right turn only? My reason for this is that traffic may pass more quickly through the light but bottlenecks right after it. Seems that if it were a turn lane only, traffic that is turning would be better served, and traffic going straight would not have to yield or fight over who has the right to the lane. I have seen this countless times, people getting mad, horns honking, and near misses. I travel that intersection every day Monday through Friday and have seen this countless times. What can be done about it? It has come to the point that I will stay in the left lane even if there is much more traffic simply to avoid that type of situation. I'm sure I am not the only one who has this opinion.

Stop sign down after storm

The light at Higley and Michelle cycled with no vehicles waiting on Michelle. Is it possible to check the sensors to make sure they are not being tripped without vehicles present or tripped by someone turning right? There shouldn't be a red for Higley without side traffic waiting.

CITIZEN ADV OF SCHOOL ZONE LIGHTS NOT SET PROPERLY IN THIS AREA

The school zone flashing yellow lights for both north and southbound traffic on Cal Vista Drive for Weinberg Gifted Academy is still flashing at 1855 hours I contacted someone last week about the lights were functioning on Wednesday the 23rd There was no school for the Chandler Public Schools Can we please correct the issue once and for all?!

The road or concrete around the manhole cover in the south bound center driving lane needs repair. When driving, this is a very hard drop and is unavoidable.

This is the solution from the Town of Gilbert??? This town and project is being run by the biggest idiots around. ANOTHER 4 way stop in a 2 mile stretch with all the construction. This whole road is an absolute disaster and you just made it 10x worse with adding ANOTHER flashing light 4 way stop in such a short stretch. Maybe when a serious accident happens or a construction worker finally gets hit you will open your eyes!
