uneven sidewalk across the street from 70 and 80 N. Nielson Ln.

Sidewalk is rising next to light pole. Storm drain is broken and has caused erosion under the easement, sidewalk, my driveway, the street and is causing the light pole to lean. I have reported this several times over the years. Never been repaired.

Per the photo, one of the sidewalk blocks has raised up, at least 1 inch+. This is definitely a tripping hazard.

Sidewalks are lifting throughout the street and creating tripping hazards.

Six panels of sidewalk have sunken below the curb, resulting in water pooling on the sidewalk rather than draining into the gutter.

Several panels of sidewalk and the driveway next to them are sunk and raised / tilted causing several 'steps' in the sidewalk. I want to have the drive way fixed, but I don't know what do do about the sidewalks, fixing the driveway will make the sidewalk step heights worse and whoever I hire to fix the driveway won't touch the sidewalks as they are not 'mine'. What do I do? How do I coordinate both fixes?
