Town-Wide Issues IYO

Severe Tripping hazard. A 12 year old boy today and fell off his scooter hitting his head and was taken by ambulance due to head trauma. Please help fix this.

this has been an issue for over a year. When will it be fixed permanently?

Several panels of sidewalk and the driveway next to them are sunk and raised / tilted causing several 'steps' in the sidewalk. I want to have the drive way fixed, but I don't know what do do about the sidewalks, fixing the driveway will make the sidewalk step heights worse and whoever I hire to fix the driveway won't touch the sidewalks as they are not 'mine'. What do I do? How do I coordinate both fixes?

Sidewalk is below driveway causing me to trip while walking east on sidewalk.

Sidewalk is sinking and has broken our driveway as well. This issue was addressed once before by the city and the sidewalk and driveway repaired. It's a tripping hazard on the sidewalk and now the driveway is sinking.
