Why are you archiving the numerous complaints about this lot and intersection from so many tax-paying citizens when the residents continue to refuse to clean up? All we want is for 222 Feld to be treated like all the other lots in Decatur and follow the city code. There are 5+ years of complaints about the same issues. Stop hiding the city's lack of action by archiving complaints that have NOT been resolved and ENFORCE the code, please. Nobody is above the law.

Grease traps overflowing. Dekalb Watershed notified but person I spoke to was not sure it would be their responsibility

Crew was working Sunday, Feb 6. Also appear to be removing asbestos siding. Doesn't that require special precautions?

Why are all the abandoned cars still at this intersection? The same officer from Decatur PD has been assigned over and over again to this problem but clearly hasn't been successful in making any change. Have they even visited the location and spoken with the owners at 222 Feld? These cars are clearly part of the unregistered junkyard they're operating.

I understand that this facility's patrons may prefer privacy but do the front windows meet the Downtown Special Pedestrian Area requirement for minimum transparency (25 percent of total area of first floor elevation)?

Electrical box is unlocked at the skate park!

The house has numerous wall of roof problems and has for several years. From the photo, you can see holes in the roof and the back wall collapsing. There is also a makeshift fence or wall made of junk and trash along the side of the property.

Garbage cans and recycling permanently left at curb never brought in. Please enforce the rules here

Article III - 54.56 (prohibited conditions) -54.57 (storage of abandoned vehicles and junk) - many violations.
