10 months have passed and there is now a visible "tree line" growing from the gutters, The shutters remain in shambles, the front door is hideous and the garage door is like swiss cheese. Several attempts have been made on my part to assist them. However, they simply keep saying they will fix it and do nothing. I would very much like this concern to be addressed ASAP as they now seem to be taunting me with loud music and by placing a basketball net in the street. I'm am a disable veteran with issues and my health is now being affected and I fear I may soon snap. Any assistance that could be provided would be greatly appreciated.

It seems that the house and grounds are occupied by many people. The amount of stuff stacked up around the house and in the garage seems to be a fie hazard. It appears that some sort of business is being run out of this home. Many unregistered motorcycles and being run up and down the street. Overcrowding seems to be an issue. It would be great if someone from building inspections could pay a visit to see if everything is up to code. We want to keep all our neighbors safe and protect our property as well. Thank you.

The outdoor drinking and littering by the Lusitana club is getting out of hand. This is what was found in the property today. The outside alcohol consumption is getting worse and the club doesn’t care. Please get this to the mayor as enough is enough.

Dumpster in driveway as they remove mold. Is permit needed for this? Is the mold bring contained?

Fence is to close to street. It passes the utility pole and blocks walk way or what would be a sidewalk in some neighborhoods/towns.

The low fence around the pond at Tucker Field is damaged. There's a section of the fence missing and kids can get to the water, which is a safety hazard.

Edward Cabral/Cabral Auto Repair is renting property to unlicensed autobody/auto repair businesses as well as running unlicensed salvage yard at the 28 Chapel Avenue address in the Valley Falls district of Cumberland RI.

No permit. Building seems close to property line and too big for area. Compliant made one year ago

For years my neighbors have fought over the conditions of this property. I regret that I have not reported this a long time ago. I kindly asked that they remedy the frontage of the dwelling months ago and have not witnessed any attempts to address any of the issues that include broken shutters, trees growing out of gutters, semi-painted front door and a garage door riddled with what appear to be bullet holes. Until now I have remained silent as this properties appearance has steadily decline. While some work may have been done infrequently to the inside, no effort whatsoever has been made to correct this eyesore. With the intentions of selling and relocating elsewhere in the town we are extremely concerned about the negative impact this house's condition will have on our ability to receive offers.

Rear & side of property at 177 High Street has overgrown vegetation hiding the trash that has been piling up for years and not cleaned along with the trailer ins the rear of this property that adults & children live in. The overgrown vegetation that hides the trash that has been piling up bring in rodents (ie. rats, snakes etc.) and as a homeowner I feel that this should be addressed by the town and cleaned up.I have several images but can only upload 1.

Why is the police department not following state law that when you use your wipers headlights must be on? Observed police car at 7:35 am in Diamond Hill Rd with a steady rain using wipers but no headlights. Need to lead by example.
