Could someone explain why it would take a year for the city of Farmington to remove a tree stump that fell in a storm on June 14, 2017 and will not be removed until 2018? I was told the following which does not take care of the issue. -- "Thank you for reporting this concern request via SeeClickFix. Stumps from trees removed in 2017 will be added to the 2018 Stump Grinding List and removed the summer of 2018. The concern you reported has since been addressed and we are closing this issue."
Can someone explain why the city thinks it is ok to leave storm damage in a yard for a year? I am sure if I left the branches there for a year the city would ticket or fine me. If this were in the mayor's or city council members yard - I bet it would be taken care of much sooner than a year!
Thank you in advance.
