This house has been turned into some kinda hall, hotel, whatever you want to call it, whoever owns this property rents this house out for weddings, parties, sex, anything to make money, this house is not zoned for this crap that is going on and needs to be stopped, he has seperate doors for each floors setup like an apartment which is also not zoned for, this illegal crap need to be investigated.

It appears this house is zoned for single family use and is owner occupied. So I might need more information from you before I can put this in the system

This issue was submitted directly to L & I today.
They will investigate the complaint and will be reporting the resolution to the Tacony Quality of Life Council.
The Tacony QOL Council meeting is scheduled for May 26th at 7pm, at the Sons of Italy Lodge, (Hegerman & Friendship Sts) L & I will be sending reps to this meeting to address these concerns
