This has been an issue for a while and is getting worse. A new small business is trying to open at this property and water is getting in! Terrible!!

Continues to be unaddressed as of 2/23/22. With snow and rain lately, this has been causing significant water to leak in through the basement wall.

This issue has gone unaddressed for multiple years. Landlords are paying for private concrete repairs on exterior to prevent further damage to the interior of the building. Very frustrating they are having to pay out of pocket when the alley is city property and we pay our taxes on time!

This issue was NOT actually addressed. The owners of the building paid out of pocket to install a new concrete barrier away from the building, but the alley itself and drainage basin remain an issue. This is an ongoing issue. The drain has collapsed in the alley and the pavement around it had sunk as well. Standing water and misdirected water flow continues to be an issue.
