I have spoken with Jason Welch regarding this issue on many occasions, for over a year. my case has been closed twice, yet never resolved.

We are aware of this issue and contacting the property owner regarding this matter. Another inspection will be done later this week to evaluate the new drive that was installed.

this picture was taken from my porch, also. this is my yard. Although blurry, you can see the pool of muddy water that washed across the street during last rain. Something needs to be done, NOW! The next rain will wind up in my yard again. Should I take legal action?

The original drive has been a problem since day 1. Who did the inspection on original drive?
New drive adds to original problem, and should never pass any inspection. This is unacceptable.
