Description

Pleasant St (from East St. to Goodwin St) is the only St not paved.
All surrounding streets are paved, while this St looks like a patchwork
quilt of old patches and failed attempts at patches. WHY????
This street is the main traffic thoroughfare
To Roosevelt school, used by students and school delivery
trucks alike.
It is in DIRE NEED OFF PAVING ! IF NOT, WHY NOT ???
WE PAY THE SAME TAXES.
