872 N. 40 th St. is a church (True Holiness Temple). The building next next to our church, 874 N. 40 St was demolished last month and when the demolition crew completed the work and left it appears that both central air units for upstairs and downstairs also left as they were located in the backyard at 872 N 40th St. This needs needs to be investigated immediately as I am sure the demolition crew was contracted by the city.

There may not of been any eye witnesses but when the demolition crew left, so did the units. And they had the means to disconnect and transport the units....fix this now!!!

True Holiness Temple has been serving this community for many years, I pray the city will take full responsibility, replace the stolen units, hold those involved accountable and deal appropriately with them.

I pray the city of Philadelphia will take action on our behalf immediately. We are a service to the city and this area and our presence is necessary. We want pepole needing a refuge to come to a comfortable place physically to have their total needs met.

I hope and pray that this situation will be fixed in a timely fashion. The units are very much needed because of the fact that there are no windows to circulate air. We may not have seen who took them, but it is very obvious as to who took them being that it was demolition going on next door to us.

This issue has NOT been fixed nor has anyone gotten back to me as to how the investigation is proceeding. Some type of update/remedy from the city would be appreciate by the church membership

Again this issue has NOT been resolved. We have not heard back from the city as to who did the demolition to the building next door to our building and if they were questioned about the theft. We have been unable to use the building during the summer months and this has been a huge inconvience to our congregation

No it has not been fixed. No communication from the city in terms of the company who demolished the building next to ours (suspected the removed the units) nor from the police regarding the status of their investigation.
