Deskripsyon

The Alabama Hill Association is attempting to address the needs of the neighborhood. One of these is the enterence into Whatcom Falls Park. We wish to install a Kiosk and a Dog Waste Disposal Receptacle. This is one of five enterences contecting the neighborhood with the park, and the impact on the park by the resident is increasing. We wish to educate and inlight residents.
