Description

Duncan ave between westside and 440 have some very rough parts of the road. There is a good 2-3 blocks length of very rough road that needs resurfacing; patching does not cut it as it causes more of an uneven road. Please do something about this. No one reported the issue and seems to have neglected this road.

A. Duncan ave from the range of delaware ave to mallory. Could be longer or shorter. Don't know the exact range but it's at least a few blocks length of uneven road
